Bright and early on the 12th of October, 15 aspiring data scientists left Owerri en route to the 2nd Data Science Bootcamp organized by DataScienceNigeria.  This was the first time they were all meeting in person after having interacted for over 3 weeks on a dedicated WhatsApp channel but they will get to know each other a bit more over the 7 hour journey.  We wish them luck over the next three days and expect them to come back with knowledge and inspiring stories to share with other budding scientists in the region.  Watch this space!
